Join The NYUAD Art Gallery’s Associate Manager of Curatorial Projects, Tala Nassar, for a tour of the ongoing exhibition Khaleej Modern: Pioneers and Collectives in the Arabian Peninsula. She will discuss the artists’ artistic strategies and offer a deeper dive into the content of the exhibition, including research on the artistic pioneers and collectives that sprang up in the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. The tour will be followed by a walk to the Arts Center for a conversation with the program curator Hind Mezaina, ahead of the ‘Bayn Al Khaleej’ film series.

Khaleej Modern is on view until December 11th.
