Project Space Exhibition Program
This poetry workshop is led by artist Aya Afaneh, whose work is on view in the Bygones exhibition in the Project Space. For this event, Afaneh will guide participants through a series of meditative exercises to create symbols and visual language based on their own reflections, and in response to the text of Etel Adnan’s The Arab Apocalypse. Developed by the artist based on her own research and practice, this workshop encourages participants to find their own symbols.
